SHIPPING INFORMATION
When you place an order you will be asked for your billing address and your shipping address. The shipping address can be the same as the billing or it can be your local tire shop, car dealer, repair shop or whoever is going to install your new wheels. Your wheels will be shipped via Fed/EX Ground (unless you are in a hurry and want them to take an airplane ride). You are paying for OUTBOUND and RETURN freight via FED/EX Ground. They will be double boxed and you will reuse these boxes to send your factory wheels back to us for core credit.
The day after we ship your wheels we will mail to your billing address a return shipping instructions sheet, copy of your receipt, packing slip envelop, warranty sheet, and call tags for the return of your wheels via Fed/EX for core credit. If you supplied us with an e-mail address at the time of the order we will send you the tracking information showing the estimated delivery date. After your new wheels have been installed it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to call Fed/EX and arrange for them to pick up your old wheels. PLEASE DON’T CALL US. We can’t help you with the return arrangements.
